Zagros Sim Central Enameled Wire Company started its industrial production activity in 1989 with an initial capacity of 2000 tons per year in the field of producing various types of round enameled wires in sizes from 0.2 to 2 mm per year, and in 1999 with the implementation of the Phase II development plan, the production capacity increased to 3500 tons per year.
In order to advance the country’s industry and achieve the highest global standards, the third phase of development in this company entered the exploitation stage with the import of new machinery, fully automatic production lines equipped with the most advanced technologies in the world. These lines have quality control systems in the production line and are equipped with the most complete laboratory equipment.
By increasing production capacity with a variety of sizes, types of round copper and aluminum wires in sizes from 0.08 to 5.20 mm and flat copper wires with cross-sections from 3 to 80 mm2 up to 10,000 tons per year, we were able to meet the quantitative and qualitative needs of the country’s domestic industries and have a significant and significant presence in exports with the new brand “Zagros Sim”. The products of the Central Lacquered Wire Company – “Zagros Sim” include a variety of winding wires with round and flat cross-sections. These products include “single-lac”, “double-lac” and “annealed wires” without varnish made of copper and aluminum and are produced according to national and international standards.
